Thank you for visiting and shopping at gsdecors.com; below is our official Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a separate email notification once your order has been packed and shipped. Please note that during festivals or high-volume sales periods, order processing may be delayed by a couple of days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined based on the delivery location and the weight/dimensions of your gift or decor items. We offer standard delivery across India, which typically takes 3 to 7 business days to reach you. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather or unforeseen courier issues beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your package's journey.
4. Damages and Fragile Items Because we ship fragile home decor items, we take the utmost care in secure, multi-layered packaging. If you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photographs. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods so we can assist you in filing a claim with the courier partner.
5. Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Packages GS Decors is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
