GS Decors – Return and Refund Policy
At GS Decors, we take pride in our home decor and gift items. If you are not satisfied, our policy is as follows:
Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
Proof of Damage: An unboxing video is mandatory to claim returns for items broken during transit.
Photo Requirement: Clear photographs of the product and packaging must be sent to our support team.
Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received.
Original Packaging: All returns must include the original GS Decors box, tags, and all accessories.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized gifts and personalized decor items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale Items: Products purchased during a "Clearance" or "Flash Sale" are final sale and non-refundable.
Return Process: To start a return, please email us at gsdecorsonline@gmail.com with your Order ID and evidence.
Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection via email.
Pickup Service: We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address if our courier partner serves your area.
Self-Shipping: If pickup is unavailable, the customer must ship the item back to our Kangeyam office.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or wrong.
Inspection: Every returned item undergoes a strict quality check before a refund is processed.
Rejection Criteria: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use or damage.
Exchange Policy: You may exchange a product for a different item of equal value if it is in stock.
Partial Returns: In a multi-item order, you can return individual eligible items separately.
Refund Initiation: Once the inspection is passed, your refund will be initiated within 3 business days.
Original Payment: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card).
Refund Timeline: It may take 7 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
No Cash Refunds: We do not offer physical cash refunds for any online transactions.
Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Cancellation Fee: A small processing fee may be deducted if the payment gateway charges us.
Gift Returns: If the item was a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser's account.
Fragile Handling: Please pack returns securely; if it breaks during return transit, a refund is void.
Address Errors: We do not refund orders lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you.
Color Variations: Minor color differences due to screen settings do not qualify as a defect.
Dispute Resolution: All return-related disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Kangeyam courts.
Policy Changes: GS Decors reserves the right to update this policy at any time without notice.
